Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Room Booking Cancellations

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.
• Partial refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount.
• No refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
• To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us directly on call or WhatsApp at +91 98934 80003 with your booking reference.

2. Date Change / Rescheduling

We're happy to help you reschedule your stay, subject to room availability, if requested at least 24 hours before your original check-in date. Rescheduling requests made after this window will be treated as a fresh booking and are subject to the cancellation terms above.

3. Banquet, Wedding & Event Bookings

• The advance/token amount paid to confirm a banquet hall, wedding, or event date is non-refundable, as this reserves the date exclusively for you and blocks other potential bookings.
• If the event is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the advance amount may be adjusted towards a future event booking with us, at management's discretion.
• Cancellations within 15 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund or adjustment.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. For payments made via UPI or bank transfer, please share your payment reference/UTR number to help us process your refund faster.

5. Third-Party Bookings (Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.)

If you booked your stay through Goibibo, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, or any other third-party platform, their respective cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please contact that platform directly for cancellations — we are unable to process refunds for bookings made outside our direct channels (website, phone, WhatsApp).

6. Early Check-Out

If you choose to check out earlier than your confirmed booking dates, no refund will be provided for the unused nights, except in genuine emergencies at the sole discretion of hotel management.

7. Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we are unable to honour a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or, where possible, alternative accommodation of equal or higher value at no extra cost to you.
