1. Reservations & Check-In

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 09:00 AM.
• Tariff applies for one full day or part thereof, as per our current room tariff.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) is mandatory for all guests at check-in, as per Indian hotel registration law.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in, even after online or phone confirmation.
• Right of admission is reserved by hotel management.

2. Tariff, Taxes & Charges

• Room rates are subject to applicable GST as per current government rates.
• Extra person charges apply beyond standard room occupancy, as per our published tariff.
• Driver accommodation, if required, is charged separately on a sharing basis.
• Breakfast is not included in the room tariff unless specifically mentioned in a package or offer.

3. Hotel Policy — Pure Vegetarian Property

Prachi Shree Hotel & Resorts is a 100% pure vegetarian establishment. Non-vegetarian food and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises, including in guest rooms, restaurant, and banquet/event areas. Guests found violating this policy may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest at actual repair/replacement cost.
• Electric appliances brought by guests must be switched off in case of a power outage, for safety.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

5. Banquet, Wedding & Event Bookings

• Event bookings (weddings, receptions, birthdays, corporate events) require an advance token amount to confirm the date, as communicated at the time of booking.
• Guest count, catering menu, and decoration requirements must be finalised at least 7 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed.
• Outside catering and alcohol are not permitted at any event held on our premises, in line with our pure-vegetarian policy.
• Meeting Hall and Air-Cooled Hall rentals are charged per hour as per current rates, plus applicable GST.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests. Guests are advised to use in-room safety measures where available and to keep valuables secure. The hotel's liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.

7. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, water shortages, or other acts of God.

8. Website Use

Content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Prachi Shree Hotel & Resorts and may not be reproduced without permission. Prices and offers displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice; the final confirmed rate at the time of booking will apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhar District, Madhya Pradesh.
